The Party Activities of “Struggling for the Excellence” Held by the Staff Branch

In order to apply the spirits of struggling for the excellence enacted by the Provincial Education Committee and municipal committee, the continuing college ,on November 20^th and November21st, organized the party members went to XuZhou to carry out the theme party activities of “struggling for the excellence and serve for the stations” on weekends. The party branch of college attached great importance to the theme party day, and intentionally held a meeting to work out the concrete plans for this movement. Our general branch secretary, Fang Kangde, in person, led the whole team with all party members. During the activities, party members surveyed the work in the corresponding teaching points of Xu Zhou Zhong Da, and visited the monumental museum of Huai Hai battlefield, hearing the brave stories of our deceased heroes.

There are more than 5000 students in the teaching point of Xu Zhou ZhongDa, which makes it the largest teaching point of our corresponding education. At that day, the party members visited its three districts and listened to lectures, call for communication meetings, from which, we know well about the aspects of recruitment, teaching, registration and students’ governess. The president, Mr. Zhai and the Dean, Mr. Wang, as well as relevant advisers all attended the discussion, in which, Mr. Wang, made detailed report being discussed later, which would be constructive to the future. The communication itself, enhance the understanding of the party members to the branch teaching points, and strengthened the friendship, improve the service and administration.

The monumental museum of Huai Hai battlefield was constructed in honor of the victory of this battle and the great success done by the forebears and heroes. In front of the monumental tower, the whole members moaned and showed retrospect for the deceased. They also honored the stone monument carved with the names of 30,000 martyrs. In the museum, the picture exhibition and visual battlefield vividly revived the sad and woeful images in the real war, in which, local people offered great support in the final triumph in the two-month war.
